Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using an accepted payment method, net of any applicable fees.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the df77 Platform, registering an Account, or placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment of your first interaction with the Platform and remain in force for the duration of your registration.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not use the Platform on their behalf.

Eligibility

To register an Account and use the df77 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

df77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

Account Registration

To access the full range of df77 services, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. df77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify df77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

df77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual Account activity. KYC checks may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

One Account per person is strictly enforced. If multiple Accounts are found to be operated by the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed, Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and winnings derived from Bonus Funds across all Accounts may be voided at df77's sole discretion.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the originating source and the depositing Account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically processed instantly (subject to mobile network conditions).
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your Account balance during Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours.
• df77 does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger a compliance review and temporary Account suspension pending clarification.

df77 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with df77's anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 1–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank): Typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processing time is subject to the issuing bank's timeline, typically 2–5 business days.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Players must have completed the KYC verification process to the satisfaction of df77's compliance team. df77 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real Money Funds that have not been used in any wager may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.

df77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a dispute relating to the Account, or where required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on df77 unless expressly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have a verified Account in good standing.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific bonus only once unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. The standard Wagering Requirement for deposit bonuses on df77 is 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion-specific terms state a different multiplier.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on df77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are accessible within the Platform on each game or market page. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that specific wager.

General betting rules that apply across all markets and games on df77 include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. df77 does not permit the cancellation or modification of bets after they have been accepted, except in circumstances where the Platform determines that a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules specific to that sport and market, as published on the relevant market page.

Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit Platform functionality in any unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Abusing bonus promotions through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements without genuine risk.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing df77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform rather than reporting them to df77 support.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.

df77 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, df77 will act in accordance with applicable law and its own internal policies, which may include immediate Account closure without notice and without obligation to return funds where those funds are reasonably suspected to be the proceeds of prohibited conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, df77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if df77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

df77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

df77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. df77 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

df77 is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of third-party content, including odds data from external sports data providers, game outcomes from licensed game studios, or payment processing delays attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners.

Privacy

Any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned through your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
